Im not sure if Carl down below went on an off day but I love this place. I have eaten at the one downtown and the one next to regal multiple times and its awesome. The bread is always warm and crispy and the staff is super nice. If you get the chance, stop by and give it a try.

These sandwiches are amazing and I have a total food boner for them. I make sure to stop in every time I visit cda. The staff usually seems to be made up of high schoolers but they get the job done. I usually get the turkey and pastrami with Dijon and Swiss. Awesome. The pickles are smaller than the location on Sherman gives but that's small change cause these sandwiches are dope.

I honestly was just hungry while waiting for my girlfriend to get off work and join me at the movies. I originally walked in just for a quick bite to eat, but after I took that first bite I knew this was something I highly underestimated. My food came out in less that 5 minutes and I was surprised. The food is delicious, I got a roast beef and swiss and was surprised when it came out hot, it made it delicious. I'll for sure be coming back.

I have been to this restaurant on a few occasions and have had the same experience each time. The service is ok; which means it's not great but at least they aren't rude. The quality of the bread and overall flavor of the sandwiches I have ordered are usually pretty good. My issue is in the amount of meat served on the sandwich. If you go to their website or view their menu they show a substantial amount of meat on ALL of their sandwiches - but this is NOT what you receive and, in my opinion, is border-line false advertisement. After visiting a few times, hoping it would get better, and still receiving the same amount of meat on the sandwiches I chose to contact their corporate office. The person who responded via email put me in contact with the owners of this location. After explaining my situation to the owner she informed it was a training issue and that it would be addressed. She then offered a gift card at which point I gave her my address. I have never received the gift card. I have returned to the restaurant one time since then and received the exact same sandwich I received before. I have not been back since.

In the past, I have had great sandwiches with a fair amount of meat. Today ordered the #13 Turkey Pesto. The sandwich did not have the correct turkey and barely one piece of meat. They filled the sandwich with the shredded lettuce to fill it up. Not at all as pictured on their website or menu. Very disappointed and won't be back! A waste of $10.50 for lunch!!

I was staying at the Days inn across the street and wanted to try something different for a meal then typical chains. (even though I found out this was a chain its still small) The place itself had the freshness of being in a very new premium retail center designed to resemble a "downtown" with living units above shops on manicured streets. I was greeted upon entry by happy staffers but after a few moments I could tell there was still some training going on for the behind the counter preparers. Orders were written down on pads and handed back to the prep station as payment is made. Sadly the wait time for the food was longer then preparing 3 sandwiches should take when I was the only customer at the time of the order (compared to a Subway experience) I was really hoping for a good tasty bread as a name like this place had lead me to believe would be the outstanding feature. It was a bit dry and tough even with a good condiment layer (not too much spread so that was done well) The veggies looked and tasted fresh and the meat did seem to be deli thin and not prepackaged. Overall it provided a decent meal but nothing remarkable one order did get mixed up a bit in preparation but with already being back at the hotel I didnt want to trek out again that night.
